Alexandre Castaldi


Young, passionate and extraordinary, Frenchman Alexandre Castaldi’s career has been meteoric. Starting off in Michelin-starred Parisian haunts, Alexandre made his first foray into the Asian dining scene in 2014, moving between Bangkok and Hong Kong’s sultry Scarlett. Working closely with Chef Olivier, Chef Alexandre has crafted a menu of fresh, bursting flavours showcasing the city’s finest cuisine.

Commendable past experiences stimulate his regular changing ‘Chef Specials’ inspired by his appreciation of locally sourced produce.

Pattanarak Tesnate

Assistant Bar Manager

Behind the bar, you’ll find Pattanarak aka Tos, demonstrating his passion for fabulous flavours and superb service. With years of experience mixing drinks and welcoming guests at Swissotel Nai Lert Park, he knows how to make sure everyone is having a good time. As the Thai delegate in 2019’s Vantguard Asian Cup and part of the finalist team for Perrier Mixologist Thailand 2017, you could say he has flair.

Tos says, “I put love in everything I that I do and mix every glass with my heart.” Pull up a bar stool and catch him in action.

Sutthida Tangwerawan

Restaurant Manager

With a degree in Hotel Management, Sutthida aka Nue got her fairytale career off to a sailing start, coordinating the dining rooms on the Disney Dream cruise line. After a magical few years in Florida, she brought her skills back to Bangkok, where she’s been running restaurants ever since. Thanks to her sales experience with Horeca Wine & Spirits and as Business Development Manager at R&B Lab, Nue has evolved into an all-round organitrix, and she keeps things smooth and seamless at SEEN.
